Never been a fan of pantene but read some good reviews and decided to try this shampoo and conditioner set especially because it said it was sulfate free... At first it made my hair shiny that was after the first wash.. Then After the second wash my hair started to fall out in chunks and It makes me mad cause I was already growing it out I was left with my hair being all thinned out and i lost about 2 inches in length..please do not buy this shampoo and conditioner its crap! I've been using different Pantene products for more than 15 years. Now, the sulfate free conditioner kit is a new trend. I would like to take a try since it is healthier formula than other series as they claimed. Also, I tried this after Pantene changed the formula of my favorite daily moisture renewal, which I don’t like it too much. This kit arrived within 2 days with prime shipping and is exactly as advertised. This shampoo did not come spilled, packaged to perfection.With the new formula change, I don’t feel like this shampoo and conditioner really moisturize my hair as well as a few other products I’ve used but it smells great and leaves my hair nice and shiny. After 1 use my hair was softer and shinier, but totally limp. After 2 uses I went back to Panteneanti-frizz conditioner (with my regular shampoo). And then, after about the 3rd wash my hair became very dry and was breaking off. When I dried myhair, I noticed little white bits falling out onto the floor. The tips of my hair were covered in a white waxy substance. After several more washes the wax is still there, and if they last much longer I will need to get a trim. This product was awful. My hair got so frizzy and tangled. I tried it one last time and same thing. I'm just so disappointed that I've been on ahunt for a new conditioner now. Read more

I love the smell of Pantene. I just wish my hair would take Pantene but my husbands do. I thought that the price was definitely competitive. The one thing I do love about using Pantene conditioner is my hair is tangle free after use. This is the only conditioner that does this. If you hate tangled hair and are looking for shampoo and conditioner that helps then I would recommend Pantene. Read more

This is my default shampoo/conditioner for days I'm not using specialty shampoo/conditioners (e.g., for color treated hair, dry scalp, etc.). If you are looking for a Sulfate Free Shampoo and Conditioner like me, this one is NOT it. In the description it clearly says "Sulfate Free" butif you zoom in on the ingredients list you will see the Sulfates. I'm mad I didn't do that before I purchased it. I'm returning all that I bought. (I purchased 2 sets of the shampoo & conditioner)Sulfates are not good for your hair and fade the color so I definitely don't want Sulfates!
