The bottles I received were cloudy, not the crystal-clear I'm used to. And the product smells different. I believe I was shipped a counterfeit product. Pantene has had a notable problem with counterfeiting, and this is very likely an example. Read more

i found this version of pantene at sams club about 7 years ago and bought it, its the VERY best shampoo for my fine straight hair that i have ever used. doesnt smell, not gooey, no lingering anything just nice clean fluffy hair. i love it! sams no longer carries it on a regular basis, so, like with almost everything else we use... i shop at amazon. I love this shampoo and am glad to find it here at an extremely reasonable price. I don't have fine hair, but my hair does get oily fast and I find this shampoo really gets it clean without stripping it of the essential oils.
