Works great as hot steamer, but the water tank is quite small, lasts about 9-10 minutes only. Wish it was bigger.Although it does what it's promised to do without any issues, I think it's overpriced. At the end of the day it is just a steamer with on-off switch no other function. I would have given 5 star if the price was bit less. Read more
After two months of using this product, The plastic water refilled broke on me after two months of using it. This happens as I remove it out so I can refill the water. There was no force use. It is very simple and easy to use, fill up the water, one touch up, then enjoy the steam.The first time use, it did have a little bit of chemical smell, but not strong though. I think that is normal when it got heated up at the first time. no smells after the first use, I have no complaints on that. One thing that bothers me is, even filling up water to the full level, can only last maximum of 6 mins, that is not enough time for me to enjoy the steam. Honestly, this cannot be different from the other cheaper models out there. Although a beautiful machine, after 2-3 uses I DID start smelling a funny plastic smell in the steam, and the steam was inconsistent & sputtering. I'm the kind of person who ALWAYS pays more for brand name or quality, but this really proved me wrong. Seems to have the same exact issues people complained about on the generic models that cost $40. Thankful for return policy!! Read more
I am mid 50s.I use this steamer for 3 mins before taking off makeup at night and 3mins after washing my face in a morning everyday now.My skin feels more hydrated, firming and soft than before.The saize is nice and compact.I highly recommend this product! Read more
i really recommend this steamer to whomever has to do make up every single day or even just sun screen. great for cleaning skin, i use it for 3 mins when pore all opened up and start to apply my cleansing foam so the bubbles can take away all dirt and oils. you will be able to see significant clearer and brighter skin the next day when you wake up. size is very portable and light weight. definitely a 5 stars product. I’m so disappointed! This steamer puts out hardly any steam at all. Think carefully about whether it’s more important to you to save money and buy something relatively inexpensive or to spring for something that is a professional grade steamer. I was unable to get my money back because I was unable to use this steamer for the first tine until a couple months after purchase due to a death in the family. So unfair! Read more
