This Panasonic hair trimmer is without question the finest trimmer I have ever used. I have purchased a number of trimmers over the years (I cut my own hair) and been modestly satisfied with the bulk of them, but this Panasonic model made me stand up and take notice the first time I used it. Much like the Panasonic beard trimmer, this hair cutter uses a very high-speed vibration system that cuts through hair as smoothly as butter, with no pulls, snags, or twists. It easily makes the task of cutting my hair last half as long, is MUCH more comfortable, is pleasantly quiet, and, to boot, is cordless and light! What else could you ask for?Yes, it is more expensive than many other hair trimmers. But the reason why is because of the technology I've above described, an ultra-high-speed vibration cut that makes it seem different from all other cutters I have. previously used. It's worth the price, but it is pricey, so you have to take that into account.Further, there is some minor maintenance that is required for this trimmer. Because of its specialist technology, you coan't just ignore it until it starts not operating properly and then decide to oil it. You must apply a few drops of oil before and after EACH cut, taking a few minutes, but trivial once you have done it a few times.The cutter comes with an adjustable cut level, plus a number of attachable clips for different hair-length cuts. It also comes with a charger and a stand-up unit, as well, if you like to keep it sitting on the charger at all times. NOTE: this particular unit comes with the European Union plug system. I just wanted to give a heads up to US buyers or any country using the flat prong US plug. This unit's wall plug is the Euro round plug. They supply the US flat plug adapter but as most of you who have used the adapter know, it doesn't fit very securely and sticks out about 2" from the wall. An item sold in the US should have the correct plug, at least mention the type of plug in the description of the item. I would have loved to keep it if they would have just included the right ac cord. I was hoping I could use a cord from an older Panasonic but of course this one is proprietary. The battery life is excellent. I have andis master and this has become my go to clipper. This clipper is easy to hold which is great because I cut my own head. Only issue I have is sometimes my finger turns off the clipper when I use it. You may want to relocate the power button so that doesn't happen. Read more

Bisher hatte ich das Modell 1411 benutzt. Durch die zahlreichen, durchweg positiven Kommentare motiviert habe ich sodann dieses Modell ER-DGP 82 bestellt. Leider bin ich insgesamt enttäuscht. Ich verwende keine Aufsteck-Kämme, da ich das Gerät auf "20mm" eingestellt habe. Ohne Aufsteck-Kämme gleitet es mit der Unterseite nur schwer über Kopf und Kopfhaut. Das ging beim 1411er wesentlich leichter !Das Hauptmanko aber ist, dass es mit diesem Gerät schlichtweg unmöglich ist, etwa den Nacken und die Koteletten sauber zu trimmen, da die Klinge nicht - wie beim 1411er - direkt und ohne Abstand aufgesetzt werden kann. Das hätte ich in dieser doch gehobenen Preiskategorie nicht erwartet. Da ich das Gerät schon benutzt hatte und die "Mängel" erst im Gebrauch festgestellt hatte, wollte ich amazon nicht zumuten, den Haarschneider benutzt zurückzunehmen. Meine Frau schneidet mir also künftig die Haare auf 20mm mit diesem teuren Gerät und trimmt Nacken und Seiten weiterhin mit dem preiswerteren, aber keineswegs schlechteren 1411er. Dass ich jetzt immer 2 Haarschneider benötige, war eigentlich nicht intendiert.....schade ums Geld...!Das kann Panasonic besser.......! Read more

... habe gestern meine ER-DGP82 bekommen. Freudig wie ein kleines Kind ausgepackt, und wollte den ersten Lauftest machen ... nichts da, Akku komplett leer, also erst mal ran an's Ladegerät. Ansonsten erster Eindruck von dem Teil (Haptik, Materialen, Wertigkeit) ... Wow-Effekt. Abends fast Nachts zu Hause zurück ... angeschmissen ... nochmals Wow-Effekt. Habe sie im praktischen Test unter Realbedingungen noch nicht testen können (dauert noch 2 Tage), aber im Vergleich zu meinem 20 Jahre alten Pana ER211 liegen hier gefühlt Jahrhunderte. Was man nicht unterschätzen sollte ist das Gewicht ... auf ner digitalen Küchenwaage lagen stolze 240 g, was sicher auch den verbauten Materialen entspricht. Zu Bedenken würde ich geben, das dieses Teil für den privaten Bereich (außer man hat ne 4-aufwärts köpfige Familie) zu hoch gegriffen ist, es ist und bleibt eine Profi-Maschine. Sehr wahrscheinlich hätte für mich und meine Bedürfnisse auch locker 1-2 Klassen tiefer gereicht. Hinderungsgrund für den doch mittlerweile preiswerteren Vorgänger DGP72 war der NIMH-Akku ... wohingegend noch eine Klasse tiefer DGP62 wieder ein Lithium-Ionen-Akku (sicher neuere Entwicklung als die DGP72) steckt, und das Gerät laut Herstellerangaben nur noch 155 g wiegt. Nach meinem jetzigen Dafürhalten und dem ersten Eindruck hätte ich wohl besser zur DGP62 gegriffen, das sind im Vergleich zum 82er-Modell 80 T€uros gespaart, und ganz sicher wird sie den privaten Bedingungen wie sie bei mir vorzufinden sind (alle 1,5 - 2 Wochen ohne Aufsatz über die Schädeldecke rüber) ebenfalls mehr als gerecht. Bisschen pflegen muss man alle Geräte, und meine 20Jahre alte Pana ER211 ist sicher nicht umsonst so alt geworden. Jetzt da die DGP82 bei mir ist, wird sie auch da bleiben ... wird dann wohl für den Rest meines Lebens so sein. *grins*Hoffe ich kann dem einen oder anderen bei seiner Kaufentscheidung helfen . . .mfG Read more

Habe mich vorher bei Panasonic telefonisch beraten lassen, weil die Professionellen nicht auf ihrer Seite beworben werden. Habe schon viel von den Vorgängern gelesen und wollte gleich das aktuellste. Habe noch eine uralte Haarschneidemaschine von Panasonic die mich immer noch nicht im Stich lässt. Was mir bei den Maschinen besonders auffällt, egal wie oft man sie ölt oder auch nicht, die Haare gehen alle wunderbar ab, was bei anderen Herstellern manchmal zu wünschen lässt. Ich bin mit dieser hochqualitativen Haarschneidemaschine mehr als zufrieden und würde sie nicht mehr hergeben. Sie ist handlich lädt schnell. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist, dass man den Akku Laden muss und es am Stromnetz nicht weiter schneidet. Ich kann dieses Model jedem weiterempfehlen, für mich der beste Rasierer überhaupt. Read more

+ Nutzbar am Kabel oder Akku+ Schnittleistung perfekt, rasiert mit einem Zug durch meinen super dichten Pelz und lässt kein Haar übrig+ Robust- Geiz bei den Aufsätzen, 16mm+ nicht ohne weiteres möglich (siehe Tipps unten)- Soll nur trocken gereinigt werden, kann somit nicht in die Dusche- Bart trimmen kleiner 3 mm geht, aber ohne Aufsatz ist die Klinge sehr kratzig und hat miese Gleiteigenschaften- Trimmen weniger als 0,8mm nicht möglich, was sehr schlecht ist (siehe Tipps unten)- Nur ein langes Kabel mit speziellem Stecker. Liegt lose neben der Ladestation, oder man schnürt es zusammen und kann es dann nur mit Umständen am Kabel direkt betreiben.- Nur ein Beutel, keine Tasche.
