Maintain good dental care at home or while travelling with the cordless portable EW1211A Panasonic water flosser. The continuous power of 1,500 water pulses per minute (in Jet Mode) penetrates deep between teeth to help remove tough food debris, plaque and bacteria, especially in places where ordinary floss and toothbrushes can't always reach. These powerful cleansing irrigator pulses also stimulate and massage the gums, and gently remove tiny food particles often trapped in the small periodontal pockets between teeth and gums. The cordless water flosser's rotatable nozzle easily adjusts waterjet angles to reach deeper areas of the mouth. Three waterjet flosser settings make irrigator flossing and cleaning between teeth and along the gum line gentle, comfortable and effective. These easily accessed dental care flosser pressure settings include Jet mode for even, full-pressure Panasonic water flosser flow designed to target and dislodge larger food particles between the teeth. Regular mode creates strong, aerated pulses to wash out smaller particles and debris, and help remove plaque between tooth surfaces. Soft mode uses a lower jet pulse for gentler irrigation on sensitive gums. The lightweight cordless water flosser design features a comfortable, contoured rubber grip. And the waterproof body can be quickly rinsed under warm, running water and dried with a soft cloth. The 4.4-ounce, easy-fill water reservoir is easily detachable, and dishwasher safe. An AC recharging stand for the Panasonic water flosser is included.

So far, worth the extra money. I bought a cheap one before.I'd say if you are new to this, buy the cheap one first. It was good at first, but issues like dirt and other nasties get stuck in crevices and hard to reach places. You want something that is easy to maintain because you are more likely to clean it. This one will stay clean longer and is easier to clean. Even more important because this is a hygiene product. Comon.. Read more
I like the size, function, convenience and portability of this flosser. I trusted the Panasonic brand since I had a Panasonic travel flosser for many year that worked well, so I tried this one. I have had it for less than 2 month and realized the regular & soft pressure settings stopped working. I had tried them all when I first got the flosser and they worked fine. I floss at least twice a day and use the hardest pressure setting called jet. Since that setting is the one I used last it is then the default that it goes unless you change it by using another pressure setting. I had my teeth cleaned and wanted to go a little softer and realized neither of the other two softer setting were working. They both sounded like they were just sucking air. It’s very disappointing. I think all functions should work for more than 2 months! Read more
Big improvement over Water Pik Flosser. Both of our WaterPik flossers died in less than ayear. Have only had this about two months. Advantage over WaterPik Flosser is that thereare three intensity settings without switching the gizmo that the water comes out of.Really gets those food chunks that an electric toothbrush misses. Eat a box of raisinsto test how it works. Use your electric toothbrush and see what is left over. Technically, you are supposed to water floss first. Make sure water in your flosser is warm asit feels much better. This is like cleaning that the dental hygienist does. Read more
Satisfied with the recharging capability, and it has a good pulse. However, even though the manufacturers refer to it as "waterproof" and easy to maintain, after a year of daily use, I decided to dismantle the unit for a thorough cleaning and large chunks of black mold/mildew fell out, splattering my sink and backsplash, and turning my stomach. Not only were the large chunks present. but there was mildew entwined around every part of the inner mechanism. It took an hour to clean up all the nooks and crannies. After reassembling it (and it did NOT snap tightly together, leaving gaps that would invite future mildew communities) I caulked every seam, except for the water reservoir which I wrapped in waterproof tape. So, the flosser will probably stay clean for awhile, but my next flosser will not be a Panasonic. Hard to believe that such a prominent company would not warn their consumers of the eventual toxins being introduced into their mouths. Read more
I really like this oral flossing device because it is simple and it works. You can brush your teeth and floss but you will still leave stubborn food particles between your teeth. The Panasonic irrigator works much better than you can imagine. You will be surprised how much stuff is stubbornly lodged between your teeth even after assiduous brushing. I do not give 5 stars for anything that does not wash the dishes and vacuum the rugs. This device is almost perfect. It travels well. It does not require a huge tank. I obsess about clean teeth and this works well for me. Read more
Took a chance on this based on reviews, but barely got to use it, because when it got wet it slipped out of my hands and fell on a hard surface and the door to the water tank – made of cheap plastic – snapped off. It snapped back in, but hasn't stayed in place since, which pretty much renders this gadget useless. It also makes a whiny whirring sound while on that is so loud, the dog leapt to his feet and started barking! Let's just say I see why people recommend using this in the shower… it's going back. I did not want a water pick with a water tank because I did not like the idea of cleaning the tank all the time. This water pick is perfect and allows you to use warm water. I recommended it to several people who also love it! Good power, does the job and does not take counter space! Read more
This unit is excellent. It had three settings for cleaning from strong pulses to light (for gums). You do have to fill the reservoir somewhat often, but a larger unit would just make the flosser heavier and harder to use. Besides filling is very easy. The instructions say you can leave the unit on the charging cradle after every use, but I have found that rechargeable batteries last longer if they are allowed to run down to close to zero charge before recharging again (called deep cycling). I don't know if this applies to the Panasonic batteries, but that's what I'm used to doing. The flosser works for quite a while on one charge. Read more
I have had this product for less than a year. I find the charge stand t be very convenient. As fa as cleaning goes, it works very well with just the right amount of pressure. The easy removable tips (compared to the competition) is a great feature especially if you travel a lot. In that respect I liked the unit. Now the cons: I do wish the tank had slightly more capacity. There is no feedback on the battery state of charge. A design feature I don't like is that the fill for the tank is at the bottom. it would be nicer if it were near the top of the tank because most people fill these from a bathroom sink and when I fill mine up, the tip comes very close to touching the sink which is something I want to avoid !Just lately, the tip pops out while I am using it. I will be sending it back! That is why I am not giving it a full five stars. Read more
Worked wonderfully for 5 months then rapidly deteriorated - lost water pressure. The charger stand is bulky and very very slow. The batteries used inside of the device are rather weak - two AA 1100 mA Ni-Mh. 2 Annoying issues: you never know when the flosser is fully charged - no matter how long you keep it charging - the red led stays on unchanged. Basically the idea is to keep it forever charging. This defeats the purpose of a portable flosser - you cannot travel with it even for a weekend without bringing the bulky charger. Lastly, it has 2 holes - probably for air intake for the air-in mode. When you wash the unit, the water inevitably gets in and becomes dirt. To clean it, you must crack the top portion open, remove a delicate rubber part and then replace it. Conclusion: excellent idea not thorougly elaborated. Keep in mind that the unit is not designed to handle mousewash. I would not recommend it. Read more
