I typically only wash 1 or 2 times per week and I alternate leave ins so that I don't get too much moisture or protein. This leave in is in my regular wash rotation. I use it when I use moisturizing shampoos and conditioners because it does have a little protein in it. I have noticed that if I use it with my protein shampoo and conditioner that it bumps the protein over my hair's tolerable levels. But with a moisturizing shampoo, this is perfect. I don't particularly like the scent, it comes off smelling like argan oil which is fine but I was hoping it would smell more like olive oil. On the plus side though I do appreciate that it smells clean and fresh while making my hair shiny and frizz free. What can I say, it is so hard these days to get a leave in conditioner for your hair.But I have been using the palmers coconut 🥥 spray leave in conditioner so when I see this olive oil one I thought wow.After using it now for a few days even I have noticed a difference,I bleach my hair, and always use the same product without any problems.Unfortunately last time round I strayed and used a different one and my hair fell out and broke off.So I am growing it back and with the help of these 2 products which I use daily without fail.They are absolutely fantastic leaving my hair feeling soft and shiny no tangles, and best of all my hair is growing back lovely.I love love love this product and the coconut 🥥 one as well, and will continue to buy it and use it daily.I give it 10 stars because to me it's my miracle cure. I have afro caribbean hair which is relaxed, naturally dry and hard to retain softness and moisture. I initially spray this leave in conditioner on freshly washed towel dried hair. It's easy to apply (spray bottle), has a light perfume smell, and is white in colour but doesn't leave any residue. It makes my hair so much easier to manage as it helps to keep it soft. A huge plus for me, I go to the gym 4-5 times a week and prior to cardio sessions I spritz this conditioner in my hair (It has no sulfates or parabens). I perspire quite a lot through my scalp when taking intense exercise classes. Was very very disappointed with this item as I use leave-in conditioners all the time. I have soft natural very curly hair that tends to get tangled. This product didn't help detangle my hair properly and had a very drying feel to it after. I tried it multiple times to give it a good try but it's not the best leave-in conditioner in the market.This would probably suit people with wavy or straight hair. Read more

This has become my favourite product to use. I love it because it's to simple and easier to work into my hair compared to creamy leave-ins which take more time and require splitting my hair into parts which is extra effort that I would rather save for the end of the week or wash day. It's great for daily use. Really helps to soften my hair and keep it hydrated. the smell is nice, I just think after a while It gets annoying. Really nice scent as I suffer from chronic migraines I can’t even use perfumes , most scented cosmetics will make me sick. That one doesn’t and smells fresh and clean. It’s good for fizzy hair. No amazing but I’m glad is gluten free what was a reason I ordered in first place. Will order more. I recommend to Try shampoo it’s good as well they got 2 other gluten free coconut is ok and it other one cocoa I think it’s really good I even do not use any conditioner after those 2 most of times.
