I never eat gluten on purpose, the consequences are painful gastrointestinal symptoms (like food poisoning) that would last for days and ruin vacations. After first coming across this product in the US we were buying a similar Australian made product. Unfortunately this was discontinued. We now have reverted to the US brand and very happy. My wife is gluten intolerant and takes a tablet when we are eating out and she can't determine whether her food may have uten in it or not.
