It comes with a brush and I tried to use the brush to apply and I felt I didn’t have a lot of control. I feel like the powder disappears when applied but I’m still not getting the coverage or highlight I’m looking for. It’s so so on matting. It did fair mattefying my brows but the rest of my face I was left feeling very meh about it. Will I use this? Yes bc I paid for it but only for my brows and patches. Would I rebuy? No. It’s just not for me. I also like a more fair shade of powder for highlight and this was the only option for me and it matches my tone too much. Read more
