This may be my first product review on Amazon. I am disappointed that several items that were clearly supposed to be included (per the manufacturer’s own packaging) were not. Specifically, two [2] different tubes of lubricant and a cleaning brush. As a result, I must now order those items, which makes the overall cost (time, efforts and money) more than assumed (and an unnecessary upcharge). Very disappointed. Product arrived poorly wrapped. Box from the manufacturer had clearly been opened. These clippers should come from the manufacturer with clipper oil, gear lube, a cleaning brush and a hanging bale - these were all missing. Upon inspection of the product out of the box, I noticed one of the clipper body retention screws had its head sheared off. I suspect these clippers are either factory rejects or returned product.
