I have a lot of inflammation in my system which reaks havoc on my bowels. I used to take Tumeric and finally quit because I was convinced that it wasn't doing anything for me. Good value. BCM-95 is a good form of Curcumin. This is the Turmeric Curcumin I have been looking for. It is superior quality compared to some of the other lower quality ones on Amazon. It pays to buy a higher quality for more effectiveness. Most people would benefit greatly from taking some sort of anti-inflammatory, antioxidant supplement and this is a great one to use. It is all organic, non GMO and the capsules are vegetarian. I especially like that it has the black pepper to help with absorption which not all turmeric supplements contain, and it doesn't seem to have any of the weird aftertaste that you can get from some other brands.
