I didn’t realize that these are like tea bags that you are supposed to steep in boiling water before putting in the sitz bath. Idk what mom with a newborn feels like doing that but I definitely didn’t. Read more

I had a vaginal home birth. A box of this came with my home birth kit so that I could make padsicles (YouTube instructions, sweet sweet relief) they worked so well I bought several more boxes so I could take a bath every day and make more padsicles.
