No one consumes this quantity or variety of veggies on a daily basis.We drink it straight up...half a scoop...in a 16oz bottle....the refill bottle with water...drink every bit of the residue. As people have stated, it does have a slight funky after taste and the way that I have described it, is that it's similar to when you're done eating cereal in a bowl and you're left with the milk; it literally tastes like cereal milk. It may take a few days or months to get use to but I enjoy the way it makes me feel throughout the day. First off, to the one star about silicone dioxide and doing your own research... Silicone dioxide is a natural ingredient found in various fruits and vegetables and on an ingredient list it goes by quantity. So being the last ingredient, it is the smallest additive to the product.2nd, I am moving into day 4 with this product. So as someone with multiple food intolerances/allergies from having no thyroid....I am unable to digest ‘normal’ cooked dark green vegetables / berries, so I was lacking a lot of nutrients, but having to take a lot of vitamins etc in replace. I was dubious as to whether or not my body could tolerate a greens powder, but as I am now about to order my 3rd tub...I am very happy to say I have zero issues with it. Good product that is loaded to the max with vitamins and minerals which are essential. It is all pure ingredients in this and no other product matches it! The taste isn't too bad, just takes a couple times to get used to. I would use less water over using more water because it would be easier to take down. I would notice slight increase in daily energy and well being.
