One teaspoon of Baking Soda, (not baking powder!) yes, the simple Arm & Hammer brand, added to Wilson's Organic Coffee Enema is a fabulous addition. I use two teaspoons of Wilson's and 1 heaping teaspoon of baking soda to the warmed mixture. Not only does the BS help with raising your PH Level, it all but eliminates any pain and gas from the enema.
