The Orasweet Tongue cleaner is a very efficient and well-designed product! I use this tongue cleaner a few times daily. I'm a dental office manager so oral hygiene is uber important to me. I've tried various tongue cleaners over the years and I keep coming back to this style. The more triangular-shaped tongue scrapers that are are on the market just don't seem to be as effective in scraping off the nasty bits of bacteria build-up, food debris, and dead cells that lurk on your tongue's surface. The decaying bacteria on your tongue is related to many common oral problems and well as being a cause for stinky halitosis. Gross isn't it? Get that gunk off your tongue, people ! Your loved ones, co-workers, friends, and dentist will thank you for it.This product is awesome to have in your oral -hygiene arsenal because:1. The rounded scooped head and hard plastic allows for enough pressure to be placed when scraping the tongue to efficiently remove the bacterial build-up.2. The size is perfect. Fits nicely in the hand and mouth. With other types and brands I've found them to be too large to scrape comfortably without inducing a gag reflex. It usually takes me maybe 3 scrapes of the tongue and I'm done. It only takes a minute to incorporate this very important step into your daily oral hygiene routine.3. It's easy to clean. After each use, it's just a quick rinse with water. Every few days I throw it in the dishwasher for a deeper clean or I soak it in a cup of hydrogen peroxide along with my toothbrushes for a few minutes .4. It's economical and durable. I bought this brush hoping to clear my bad breath which I was suffering from. I read of several methods to help me in this endeavour and an ora brush seemed to be one of the common themes that everybody mentioned. However, after trying several methods, I actually DISCONTINUED USING THIS BRUSH BECAUSE I FOUND A BETTER METHOD AT CHEAPER COST.What is this magic pill? I start BRUSHING MY TONGUE WITH TOOTH BRUSH AND BAKING SODA. That's right, cheap and dirty. No need for EXPENSIVE ORABRUSH (cost 7 bucks) when you can use plain and simple tooth brush, which everybody already has and baking soda which only cost 2 bucks.To be frank, I'm not even sure if this brush works. I much prefer the wider Tongue Cleaner by Tongue Cleaner Company, [..] It's open design works well. A couple of scrapes by it and I'm ready to rinse.With this one, I'm not comfortable that I've really covered all the surfaces even after multiple scrapes.I was very unimpressed by their recommendation to buy a new one in 3 months because the scraping edge would become dull. My other one is still going strong after years. I only bought this one for my travel bag.P.S. I like to pop these in the dishwasher periodically for an extra clean washing. Read more

I've owned one of these (the same one) for many years. The plastic is thick and durable. It does a good job of cleaning your tongue without being too abrasive. Most of the other tongue cleaners I've tried are cheap, thin plastic or metal but don't fit in your mouth or clean your tongue properly. I definitely recommend this product. Read more

Starting several years back, almost no tongue scraper is abrasive enough to do the job. I remember perhaps 20 years back this was my favorite one. But there must have been some Federal Regulation since then that does not allow the production of a tongue scraper that is abrasive enough to actually do the job of Scraping. ☹️ Read more
