It’s a bit weird at first with the more robust design but the real test is running your tongue across your teeth - this brush straight up polishes your teeth and gums. I’d consider it more of a firm than medium because of the design but that’s my preference anyway, so if you like to feel like you’ve given your mouth a good sandblasting when you brush, this is a solid choice. Toothbrushes are one of those things that we use every day but do not put a lot of thought into, Oral-B sure put a lot of thought into this toothbrush though. It takes a little getting used to but as soon as you start brushing your teeth with this toothbrush you can tell it is really cleaning up the mess. The back end of the toothbrush has these articulating little arms that adjust in height, these little things are pretty cool and they really get deep in there. Altogether this is the best manual toothbrush I have come across and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a better manual toothbrush. Read more

There's a small gap between my two lower teeth in the front where the bristles do not go and sometimes when I am out, I can't floss or not in a situation to. This toothbrush is hard on the gums and teeth and helps me remove any buildup or plack. So, use it wisely and gently. Read more
