While this looks exactly like original Oral B goods, it is not. They were sold to me by Potential Dynamix LLC. These are fakes and I am very disappointed that Amazon lets Potential Dynamix LLC get away with selling them. These are cheap knockoffs but you dont know that until you use them. They only last a few weeks and then totally fall apart, unlike the real ones which can last for months. I did not notice it at first I just wondered why they have not lasted as long as they had in the past. Then I did some research and found out why. They copy the packaging and design very carefully and it is hard to tell, but these are junk. The only thing they don't copy is the quality of the materials so they dont last at all. I bought several of these 3-pack brush heads some months ago. Packaging and labeling looks perfectly authentic but both my wife and I noticed that they just didn't "feel" right during use. The size of the bristle head seemed off and they would slightly pinch the inside of the lip area at times. Like others, we found the bristle unit would become wobbly over time and then come off in our mouths.This morning we opened up a new package that we purchased at Sam's Club. The difference is day and night! The heads are solid, don't pinch, and just feel like they are doing a better cleaning job.I didn't read the reviews before purchasing because we've been using the Oral-B brushes for years and never for a moment considered that there might be counterfeit heads out there. I'm not adverse to trying 3rd party replacement products but marketing something as brand name when it isn't is not acceptable. Read more

I had never even contemplated purchasing an electric toothbrush until my oral hygienist suggested that I might spend a lot less time in the dental chair having my teeth cleaned if I did. I guess I always thought they must be prohibitively expensive. However, I checked out the variety of models available at WalMart and was quite surprised at the affordability of the Oral-B Vitality unit. (About 30 bucks). I was immediately impressed with the ease and efficacy of the little dynamo. It really, really works! I was then worried about the replacement costs of the refill brushes. Not to worry! Annoyingly, Braun makes an electric toothbrush called a Vitality and another model called a Vitality Sonic -- and the heads for one do NOT fit the other model (that's capitalism for you). So make sure you buy the right heads -- these are for the Vitality alone. They are fine. They do the job. It's the mechanism of the toothbrush itself that makes the real difference, since you can't really play around with trying different types of head (for the capitalism reasons). 4 stars rather than 5, because these are awfully expensive in the US, even when purchased at discount from Amazon (which has good deals) rather than Walmart or your local big supermarket. It is not so easy to find quality brush head refills for the Braun electric toothbrush, as other reviewers have mentioned. I cannot tell which are the high-quality products even looking at them in the local stores. Price is not necessarily a good indication. I have bought expensive refills which have performed badly.The solution to the problem lies in the collective experience of Amazon reviewers. Once I realized it, all that I had to do was look for the product having a large number of five-star reviews. It then became very easy. I found the  brush head refill  here. These heads do a great job of cleaning teeth. It is nice that they each have their own color band. It makes it easy for my family to switch out the head and each have our own (that is easily recognizable), with the same base unit. The colored bristles help you figure out when the heads need to be replaced and the small size makes the brush easily fit anywhere in your mouth. We've been super happy with the Oral-B brush and these replacement heads allow us to continue using the rechargeable brush by just replacing the heads and not the whole unit. Read more

There was no indication anywhere on this listing about whether its soft or hard bristled, so I took the risk. It feels so incredibly hard, stiff, and damaging to my mouth, teeth and gums. Its made my mouth bleed when I brush. Since it hurts to press down the brush on my teeth, I had to try and use it lightly, so I feel like it wasn't even cleaning my teeth well. Overall horrible for cleaning your teeth and does not feel good. I contacted the seller, but they didn't take any action since I already opened one of the brushes. It was a painful few days using this toothbrush while I was waiting for a better soft-bristled one in the mail. HOWEVER, there's one good use I found for it: if you have an extra electric tooth brush, using this brush head is good for cleaning corners and edges that's hard to wipe down (the hard bristles scrape off dirt well) Read more

My dentist told me about the Oral-B Precision toothbrush seeing that I have trouble with my gums so I have been using it for over a year now, it helps take care of my teeth and my gums very gently....leaving my teeth feeling clean and soft.....love my Oral-B ....easy to buy new brush heads with Amazon !
