This works better and a longer amount of time than the tubes. Ithas a sweet orange flavor . I use a qtip, dip it in the bottle for easy application where you need it. I have had very bad toothaches for couple years now. I had 1 pulled/surgically removed. It wa s over 300$. Who can afford that. So I use toothache medicine and advil evey day.
