I had taken painkillers way too late (if you know a nurse they usually say don't want until you are in severe pain at the first feeling of it take a pain pill). My toothache was so severe it was giving me a pounding headache. Size the pain pill wasn't kicking in I tried everything under the sun but then I remembered about this product. I ordered it and never looked back. It gave me just enough numbing sensation to make the pain tolerable. Now I will no longer wait too long to take pain pills. But if I do, this is my new best friend!
