I have to admit, all the great reviews aside, I had my doubts. My dry mouth is due to an autoimmune condition and will never go away. Have to watch what you drink, eat, breathe etc. if not the condition is exacerbated. It’s a healthy product to put in your body with just a few natural ingredients only! The mild mint is just as it says. I’m really sold on this product and I have to give kudos to the company’s thought process in making a product that gives so many people relief from the dreaded “dry mouth”! Do take the easy to read insert and review it before you use the tablets. If you’re reading this it means you really “need” to find a product for relief. According to my family doctor and my dentist I have the driest mouth of any patient. My pharmacist recommended the locenges to me and when I tried them, they changed my life! XyliMelts are a godsend for me, I had stage 4 tounge cancer.Chemo and Radiation destroyed my salivary glands amongst other things. The corners of my mouth are no longer dry cracked and bleeding, I don't wake up with my tongue stuck to the roof of my mouth anymore, it has help with my tooth sensitivity and I can speak somewhat normally in the morning without having to take a drink of water. My second review because I've used them so long now. Were first recommended by a dentist due to receding gums related to mouth-breathing at night. My mouth's dryness was hideously uncomfortable. Now I also use a Bi-PAP machine for Apnea, and the air from those make your mouth even worse, like desert dry. I stick a Xyalmelt on the gum, right above my front tooth, and my oral cavity stays hydrated all night long. It doesn't bug me either, I don't even feel it there. I've just discovered the 100 ct. bottles of these, I'd always purchased the foil push-packs before. The price per disc drops by more than half by purchasing the bottles, so I am stocking up! This is a great product if you suffer dry mouth from meds, mouth breathing, Bi-PAP or whatever. No fear of choking on it either, it stays exactly where you place it with no slipping. These little lozenges are fantastic. I have chronic dry mouth due to medications. It is awful. I pop two of these in between my upper lip and gum just before going to bed. My mouth stays adequately moist for the entire night. No more waking up at 2 am to the Mojave Desert. Read more

While there are a number of tablets that one can use during the day to help with dry mouth (caused by various medication), this product has an ingenious "glue" that sticks mints to a tooth (one on the left & one on the right of the mouth). Have been using these tablets for about a month & have never had one "unstick" during the night. Read more

I have had Sjogren's Syndrome for several years and was excited to find this product, via a link to Amazon found on Johns Hopkins website. Anyone with this disorder would be anxious to try something new. The price is relatively high compared to other brands' mouth-moisturizing mints. The first several chews release a blast of saliva-inducing xylitol, but after a minute or two, it is just like any other gum...chewy and tastetless. Including green tea in the product is a great idea, but is in such miniscule amounts as to be sales fluff as opposed to a real product benefit. Adding some microencapsulated xylitol would help. I've just been diagnosed with Sjögrens syndrome. One of my main symptoms is a very dry mouth with reduced production of saliva. I also take lots of medicines that dry the mouth and I really wish I had known about these ages ago.They were recommended to me and I can definitely recommend them too.I do use them constantly. Personally i have absolutely no side effects although it does say there are some slight ones. Love them. Life savers. Read more

Unfortunately I'm stuck buying these, as there are no alternatives.I suffer from dry mouth so badly at night that my tongue will crack, so I use these.They do their job, but they are quite uncomfortable, and leave a horrible sticky residue, but at least its slightly better than a really dry mouth. I use these because my respitory nurse advised me to because my mouth gets dry when using my cpap machine which was calling dental problems. It's sad they are not available on the NHS because they are a bit expensive for me Read more
