I use two of these every night to keep my gums healthy and avoid dry mouth. My dentist recommended some other liquid product, that was so vile tasting I could not use it and of course, chock full of unpronounceable chemicals. Been using these a long time, just put a couple in your mouth when you go to bed (read the directions), and you won't have dry-mouth. That means an added plus to your dental care. These have just enough mint flavor to keep your mouth feeling clean after you brush. There is no sugar or artificial sweetener. Xylitol makes them sweet, but doesn't promote tooth decay. I love them. I take a medication that causes "dry mouth." This product keeps my mouth moist for the hours that I am asleep. I just insert it in the side of my mouth after brushing my teeth and it stays in place, slowly dissolving, until I awake. The flavor is nice and fresh too. Tried this at dentist recommendation for CPAP dry mouth. I use nasal pillows but once in a while my mouth comes open while sleeping. Easy to use, just put one on each side of gums by incisors - won't slip since one side has dissolving stickum. They dissolve slowly. Most of the time it handles my dry mouth fine, but if I sleep on my side not as well since the tablet gets pinned down. Nice mild mint flavor. Will buy again. Recommended for dry mouth. Read more

My mouth gets really dry at night because of my CPAP and I just pop one or two of these in and they adhere to my gums and I don't wake up with my tongue completely dried out and my mouth a desert. Also, xylitol helps prevent cavities so you get the benefit of that as well. It's ashamed they are so over-priced. Honestly. $27 bucks for some mints? these tablets are amazing... once in - they slowly melt as you sleep...and keeps you from getting extra dry mouth.. I use a CPAP but use only the nose cushion... and occasionally mouth falls open and mouth gets sooooo dry, these tablets do the trick... no getting up for a drink in the middle of the night.... and the mint leaves you waking with fresh mouth... After trying other products for dry mouth, I am happy to have found this one. It takes a few nights to get used to how to position the small disc but after that, it is easy to use. I am sleeping much, much better with many fewer wakings to drink water - if any at all. Read more

My hygienist suggested I order these for excessive dry mouth due to medications I have to take. They do help with the saliva flow,, but are a little difficult to get in place, Would be easier if you were told in the instructions to just suck on them, not try to adhere them to your gums. Read more
