I have been using this product for a month and it solved several problems I was having. I place one tab on each side of my mouth each night when I sleep. I initially thought I could not do this but I don't even know the tabs are there. Then during the day I will, when necessary, place one tab on one side of my month and let it slowly disolve. I'm going to try and reduce the two tabs I use when I sleep to just one tab.I can now sleep better and can lay flat.Dry Mouth - This is the best product I have found so far. Biotene products do not work as good as OraCoat.Acid Reflex - This was a surprise for me. I had a problem with acid reflex. I would take an over the counter product and I have tried a few. Nothing seemed to work as good as OraCoat. I have not had acid reflex for the entire month I have been using OraCoat. NO MORE ACID REFLEX.Sore Throat - I would have a sore throat which was probably caused by the Acid Reflex. I have not had a sore throat for the entire month I have used OraCoat. NO MORE SORE THROATS.I'm not a doctor and you may have different results but it is working for me. I hope this review helps some other people with acid reflex and acid reflex sore throats. This is the best product I have found to use at night. They last about 3-4 hours so I end up using a couple a night. They do take a little getting used to as they stick to the side of your tooth or gum. Read more
For whatever reason, I have had dry mouth now for well over a year now and these tablets are the only ones that I have found that offer me any type of relief for dry mouth. I will continue to use these as long as necessary as I want to keep my teeth as long as possible. Read more

these work great for nighttime dry mouth. I like the way they adhere to your gum and you don't need to worry about choking on it in the night. Usually one per night is enough to last until morning. tase is fine. Read more
