I sliced the corner of my finger off using a mandolin. The first week I was using gauze and tape and the injury was just not healing. The skin around it was wet and white and looked like it was dying. I bought these “medical Saran Wraps” and within just a few days the cut is SOOOO much better. It allows it to breathe and completely protects it from the elements. I used a finger sock over it during the day for padding and left it uncovered (just the wrap) at night. Amazing product.
