I absolutely love the color 'Let me Bayou a Drink' from the nail salon - it's a beautiful soft shimmery pink. When I tried to purchase it to have for touchups in between salon appointments, I first came to Amazon and saw the review of how it looked differently. I decided I had better purchase it locally, and I went to a major retailer and the color was not the same. So I went right to the OPI website to purchase it, which directed me to Amazon. Having received it today, I can tell you that the color is off. It is much more beige, as shown by another reviewer. If you are looking for the pink shimmer, as shown, you will be disappointed. Something is amiss with this color. I even tried calling OPI who told me to shake the bottle. No amount of shaking can turn this pink. Read more

Based on the reviews of Rosy Future OPI nail lacquer I was excited and looking forward to receiving my new nail polish. Wow! What a shock it turned out to be. One coat looked good and I should have stopped right there. Thinking it would look even better with two coats I eagerly added a second as it was easy to apply. One coat gave a beautiful sheer iridescent shimmering look. Adding a second coat gave me neon nails that resembled fluorescent lights. I will continue to use the Rosy Future but only one coat. I am disappointed because I think a manicure with two coats of polish lasts longer. But, the look with one coat is acceptable with top coat layers. This polish is not the winner that I expected but at the same time it is not a total loss either. I would recommend the Rosy Future because of its versatility. For those who like a sheer iridescent look it’s a winner. For those who like neon nails it’s also a winner. Enjoy your new nail polish! The pictures show two coats of polish but do not depict how bright the color really is.8-14-21 UPDATE: The more I use Rosy Future the more I like it. I have been using it for 2 years now. I’d been looking for a pale pink nail varnish that I could wear everyday without looking like my hands belonged to a Barbie doll - a lot of pinks were based around the pink bubblegum theme and it was just too childish for my taste.I opted for this as I was collecting a lot of cheap, pink nail varnishes that seemed ideal online but the colour just wasn’t to my taste and the varnish itself didn’t last long.Despite this being quite a bit more expensive you do get 15mls which is almost twice what some of the cheaper brands provide - and the bigger bottle means you get a decent sized top which is much more stable in your hand when you’re applying the varnish.The colour is just perfect for me, it’s a bit like a pale pink mother of pearl. I only applied one coat in the picture but you can see it’s given my nails a healthy tint. I haven’t had my nails done at all during the current pandemic and I’m afraid to say I’d neglected them - so I was looking for a colour that would just tidy them up. I’m no nail expert so I needed a ‘forgiving’ colour that wouldn’t show up the spills over my nail bed - but I have to say this varnish seems to be ‘self-seeking’ - it just glides on your nails and doesn’t seem to bleed anywhere! I apply a nail strengthener as a base coat and also a top coat - my nails last around two weeks before they need redoing which is just about when they need filing again anyway so it’s just perfect.I would highly recommend this brand and also this colour if you’re looking for a basic pink that will tidy up your nails, you won’t regret it and it’s worth every penny - I’ve wasted a lot more on cheap pink varnishes that I’ll never use. ‘Throw Me A Kiss’ is a sheer nail polish with a gorgeous iridescent pink shimmer. This is only a hint of pink, even after 3 coats, but as this is is meant to be a barely there polish then you will always see the white tips of nail peaking through.It applied evenly which was good as I usually find glitters to be quite patchy on the first coat. It is the tiny iridescent flecks of stunning sparkle that make this a showstopper for me and it also makes a fabulous topper for my creme shades. This ‘Baby Take A Vow’ shade from OPI is the softest baby, 'barely there', pink shade, is the prettiest nude shade I have ever owned.When I applied the first 2 coats I honestly couldn’t see any difference to my own nail colour but on the 3rd and then 4th coat my nails suddenly looked clean and tidy and with a healthy looking glow. It is a lovely formula with a high shine, the only downside I can see is having 4 coats takes a long time to dry - but, well worth the wait for nails that look this fresh, healthy & Beautiful:)Recommended.
