The product itself worked very well. I ordered these to whiten my teeth before a big event and used 5 or so trays which worked well. After the event I waited a couple months before I used again this week. I got one out of the package to use and the plastic tray for my upper teeth was defective.THe tray no longer fit on my teeth and when trying to use the caused the whitening gel to come out of the tray. I opened up a second and third tray and the same issue. I emailed the seller who said that the time had passed to get a refund or replace my order. Not sure how I could have prevented as each whitening tray is individually wrapped so I couldnt tell they were defective until I tried to use this week. Read more

This product did a really good job at whitening my teeth in a short period of time. It is easy to use and extremely convenient. 50 bucks is a good price for an at-home treatment that actually works. However, the taste is not the most pleasant, and the texture of the gel left on my teeth made me gag when I brushed my teeth after. I've never had any issues with gum/teeth sensitivity, but this product really did a number on my gums. They healed after a couple weeks, but while I was using these strips, my gums were extremely sensitive, and even bled a couple times. Overall, I would recommend this product because it does what is supposed to do, and it is much cheaper than what you would pay to go into the dentist. Dental student - I use this for my own teeth and have had great success with it. I use sensodyne a week before I whiten my teeth and it helps prevent sensitivity. Not saying you won't have sensitivity, but sensodyne will probably help. I would have gotten the 10% if it wasn't sold out, due to sensitivity reasons. but the sensodyne helped with this and I only had sensitivity in a few places which was easily managed with my toothpaste. For something that I paid almost 70 dollars for, I would expect it to AT LEAST stick to my teeth. When I took the packaging off of the trays, I saw that the paste looked solid. I put the tray on my teeth anyway, and of course it would not stick. I thought this was just one of the trays that was faulty. Nope. EVERY SIGNLE package I opened was solid and would not stick. I first purchased this identical product from my dentist for 200.00 then found it on here for 85.00 before I opened it so returned it and ordered from here!....let me say it was a total waste of 85$, I would have been really disappointed had I spent 200$!
