I didn't see one review stating this, my dentist never mentioned it, the web results weren't there... This brought out EVER imperfection in my enamel, it did not give a uniform white clean. I didn't even see any of these imperfections before and I'm way too skeptical over my teeth. I now have white spots all over that I did not have before and I have a huge circle on my front tooth from where I had braces and had the glue removed. SERIOUSLY mortified right now and I can't believe the damage I've done to my teeth. I thought I did all the research I needed, but I was still not educated enough. Not to mention, this was after only 45 minutes and it was supposed to stay on 4-6 hours? I really can't imagine what it would've looked like, probably even worse. I first ordered this through my dentist. I had molds made of my teeth for the purpose of using this whitening gel. After about 2 years I noticed my teeth not so white anymore so I went ahead and ordered this. This arrived exactly as pictured- in the same container with 4 syringes. This is exactly what I got from my dentist, same size and all. As instructed by my dentist, I used a tiny dot in each mold of each tooth. One syringe lasted me 4 nights. After three nights there was a noticeable difference from using this particular gel from Amazon. My teeth look white again! I do have a tiny bit of sensitivity but that is common with this and not unbearable. I leave the trays on my teeth overnight. I am whitening tonight and will do so for a couple more days. I would definitely buy this again from this seller. It worked perfect, just like my purchase from the dentist. I highly recommend having a custom mold done of your teeth for this to work at its full potential. No gel gets on my gums so there is no burning. The gel goes right on my teeth and that's all. I bought and received the 15% mint flavor whitening gel. I have my original kit from my dentist so I have the trays, shade guide and and old 10% syringe containers. My order of the mint from Amazon was not expired. It expires March 2023 which is almost 2 years out. I also received a user guide/warning sheet. The syringes from my dentist look the same as my amazon refill. I even have the old travel container and the amazon order syringe fits in the container and holds the same amount that my dentist supplied me. I've included pictures of what I received and one picture of the tooth shade guide. The refills on amazon do not come with a guide. I used it tonight and it was like when I was using the gel from the dentist. I took before pictures and will update my review once I've completed my regimen of whitening to see the before and after. You get 4 (syringes) & I'm on second dose with 1st syringe. I get 2 treatments out of each syringe.My teeth are whitening, but have patience. If 15%, leave in 2-3 hrs at least. My daughter’s Orthadontics office recommended this product after her braces were removed. Apply a small amount every three nights, wear retainer overnight and don’t you know there is quite a difference already. A tad expensive but worth every red cent. I was given 4 syringes of the opalescence 15 a while back by my dentist. It worked wonders and made my teeth significantly more white. When those ran out I wanted to continue the trend so I bought these. After two syringes I can honestly say that these are a colossal waste of money. In fact these actually yellowed my teeth.
