After reading comments about people claiming these were not the same quality as the dental office, I had my friend, a dental hygienist, check them out. They are the exact same as the ones she gave me, packaging and all. She says they sell them for $15 a syringe because the dentist office prices are always inflated.If they are burning your gums then you need to put less on the retainer, like the smallest amount. I hate writing bad reviews but sometimes I feel people should know. A friend talked me into this claiming they got her teeth so white and they're 35% peroxide the most you can get without a prescription. I had been using plus white for years and years and didn't know they too were 35% peroxide. Oh my God what a difference oh, that is in price. As far as whitening goes I could tell absolutely no difference except maybe this product didn't work as well as my Plus White! Amazing whitening product. After finding out about opalescence via my dentist I haven’t used anything else’s. My dentist would charge me $15 per syringe but I found that amazon sold them for $30-ish or even less for a pack of 4 I was amazed. I was worried it wouldn’t work because people and my dentist said it was fake opalescence on Amazon. But after buying the product I have realized even if it’s fake or not it works amazing. I’ll rather pay $6-ish dollars per syringe and get the same results. 35% has worked for me. My dentist suggested 30 minutes but I use mine for 1 hour and I get the results I was looking for after 3 times doing it. Afterwards I’ve been doing 1 hour application on my teeth every 6 months for touch ups. Works wonders! I went from using 15% daily for 30 minutes to 35%. I couldn't keep my tray in for more than 5 minutes without intense burning and white bleaching of my gums, yes my gums were paper white after 5 minutes. Needless to say I took it off, after about 5 minutes both times I've tried it, the gum bleaching goes away and there is no visible damage left, only slight irritation that lasts about 2-3 days after. I've gone back to 15% and may try 20% in the future as i've had good results with the 15% and bit off more than I can chew.If this 35% was to be accidentally left on for an extended time I could see a nice hospital visit in the future with bleeding, bleached painful gums. If your worried, go with a much lower percentage and try that, I have no issues with 15% even after 30 minutes.Opalescence is still the way to go for at home whitening. Be smart, plenty of information by the company and others on how to properly use this product. The best thing to do is, if you feel that something isnt right, take it off and clean everything off your teeth and gums. Read more

This is my go to product for bleaching. I got them the first time in a dental office, they worked I have tried other brands but this is the only bleaching gel that I have found works. I would not recommend for sensitive teeth though. Read more

I am very happy with the results. I read the reviews and followed the directions, only using small drops in my custom made trays. I would not recommend this product if you do not have custom trays as leaks into your gum line can cause burning due to the 35 percentage. The product works very well. Read more
