This patch is a genius idea. I mean, people take vitamin B supplements for energy and some people even get a vitamin B shot. So I am absolutely thrilled there's a patch for this! Although this isn't just vitamin B - there's other known natural energy boosters in here too. The question is, is it powerful enough to make a difference? Today I have a ton of chores to do and errands to run as I've had an exhausting work week and saved my to-do list for today. The patch is on my wrist now and I will finalize this review at the end of the day.Well, I wore the patch for 8 hours. Let me preface this by telling you I really am the skeptical type. Ok, so I did chores for a few hours, then had a big lunch. Since this is my day off, I thought a cat nap would be nice. Full belly, chilly weather, you get the idea. Well, I couldn't sleep and trust me, I tried. Each time I'd open my eyes I'd be wide awake. My nap was thwarted and I know it's because of this patch!!
