It comes well sealed and fresh. They are on the lower side for glucosamine hydrochloride as they only have 600mg and the other one we have is several times that. However we are use it more as a preventative as we are very active. I think this lower concentration is plenty for us to upkeep out joint health. I like that it also has 360mg omega 3 from wild anchovies according to the description as opposed to farmed fish, I am not sure of the environmental impact of this. Omega 3 is important for brain health as well as joint health, it balances with omega 6 which this has 120mg. This is a good ratio of Omega 3 to Omega 6. Manganese, molybdenum & vitamins C & E support immune function, enhance collagen synthesis and support to connective tissues, tendons and cartilage. If you take the recommended dose this bottle will last a month. Taking a supplement can impact your overall health so if you have any concerns please ask your doctor. I have had some issues with intense pain this winter. Finding anything to help has been a struggle because sometimes things work and then they don't work as well and I have to switch. I decided to try these out not expecting much.WHAT ARE THESE LIKE?These are individually packaged pills in a blister pack. They are about half the size of the usual EFA capsules.ARE THESE HARD TO SWALLOW?These are very easy to swallow.ANY PROBLEMS WITH DIGESTION?I have had no issues with burping back, nausea or any other problems from taking these.DO THEY HELP?I have to be honest here, I really did not think these were that special. So, out of obligation to take them for testing, I tossed two back the first evening after dinner. The next day I noticed a reduction in pain. I did it again and again less pain the next day.When I skipped a few days, the pain came back. Then again, I took two pills after dinner and the next day the pain was greatly reduced to a less severe level.THE BOTTOM LINEIt seems like these capsules for some reason are more effective in pain reduction so far than other omega capsules I have taken.
