Before Omega 3 Fish Oil, I had what's know as a "trigger finger". My finger would lock up and be painful to bend. After only 5 days of taking Omega 3 I was able to move my finger without pain and have stayed that way. I also have arthritis and this past winter I noticed I was able to get up and move around much better, no stiff joints! I highly recommend Omega 3 for your health and joint pain, this stuff truly is a miracle in a bottle. *Beware when looking for a good Omega 3 they all are not the same! Make sure you are getting plenty of EPA and DHA. This brand, "Nutra Champs", has the highest DHA I could find, is certified, non-gmo and made in the USA!! I just started taking fish oil again for overall better health and the first thing that I noticed about this OMEGA 3 Fish OIl was that it didn't have that bad fishy taste or cause the burping that I had experienced in previous years which made taking it a lot easier. In the past, I never could stay with it for that reason so this is a big change that will make me healthier. I have seen my blood pressure rising as I am aging and am already seeing improvements in that area as well as less joint pain in my big toe and clearer and less dry skin. This product has been a life saver ! I have had back pain for years due to a bad mattress and aging..50.. so learning the curves of life! When shopping for a mattress i read a review that taking a good fish iol helped with back pain, arthritis so since im trying to eat on a Mediterranean type of diet i thought i could probly use a food supplement ro try as quality was important this seemed to fit the bill. I waited ro give a review,, since i have been taking this for a few weeks now i have noticed a great improvement with my back we also got a new mattress but i still wake up at 3 am and i can go back sleep without the aches i used to have. Due to "dry eye lids linings" my Eye Doctor recommended that I use Omega 3 with higher than 2800 overall mgs of Total Omega 3's, and higher EPA's & DHA's.Nutrachamps Omega 3 was only product I could find "anywhere" that met the recommended mgs (3600mg total with 2160mg fish oil, 1296mg of EPA & 864mg of DHA.I usually take 2 in the morning & 1 in the evening.I've seen an improvement in having more eye lid lining moisture. Wanted to let people know the company says they will send you a free product to new customers. They would like you to give a review. They don't send a free product. I contacted them after not receiving one and said they would send a bottle out. Been waiting two months. If they are not going to do it in the first place why anger prospective regular customers?Your product is great and I love it. I have a high triglyceride level due to a medication I am taking. My doctor suggested increasing my fish oil so the EPA and DHA combined was at or above 2000 mg. With your product I only need three capsules. This is a repeat order for me. Always promptly shipped, and as described. These are the best fish oil gels I have found. Price is good, and quality is excellent. Only thing to consider is the size - they are about an inch long, so may be difficult for someone needing small pills, but they are liquid gel caps - soft and squishy, so with a mouthful of water they go down pretty easily.
