I’m a cheap man. I’m a practical man. My requirements for my kids DHA can be boiled to these needs.1) Most mg of DHA per dollar (mg/$). Because I know not everyone understands this but buying the cheapest DHA doesn’t make it the best value.2) My kid who is an extremely picky eater overreacts when tasting something she doesn’t like an May throw up so I need something that she’ll consume without having to argue with her or worry about cleaning throw up.In summary after calculating all the prices and mg of DHA offered for a bunch of supplements offered on Amazon this had the second best value for mg of DHA per dollar I spent (I even compared it to some adult doses). Secondly, my daughter manages to take this down as long as she consumes it quickly. Note, the fish taste will come through if they leave it in their mouth too long. I just offer a glass of juice or a piece of fruit if I notice she’s taking her sweet time.Overall from a homeschooling stay at home dad, this is the DHA I recommend. These have been a game changer for my 5 year old. He has had bathroom issues for years and no matter what we have tried, it has just always been a struggle. I did some research and read up on DHA helping things to 'glide out' easier. My son has now been taking these for a month and a half (along with a probiotic) and it has done wonders. He doesn't have a bowel movement every day, but dang close! I would say these have definitely helped him to be more regular. I know this product is aimed at kids, but I am tired of taking so many supplements. I am trying to find chewables or gummies so I can take fewer pills. These are great for that...Very easy to chew and swallow. I looked at a few Omega gummies but most don’t have enough Omegas. Two of these give me as much Omegas as my current Omega-3 pill.These have a light citrusy or fruity candy taste and if you didn’t tell me it had Omegas, I wouldn’t know. I swear by DHA for my kiddos as soon as they’re old enough to drink cows milk - especially when my son wouldn’t drink any milk! I started with a liquid form which was honestly gross and smelly and slimy and would mix it with elderberry syrup to somewhat hide the flavor but the process was daunting. This the only way my children will not turn their head to fish oils. They are so excited to get their “squishy sour” medicine. I tried one myself and the flavor is pretty good. It is a oily gummy and it’s a bit hard to pop out of the individual package but overall happy with this product. The taste is not the greatest and for awhile it was a struggle to get my kids to take it but I think they got used to the taste and now they don't fuss about taking them.What I love the most about this product is that I believe it has helped my son with autism and ADHD focus better. These are actually alright. And I mean alright as a compliment because it IS fish oil!! Which os supposed to taste disgusting but these gummies are alright. My picky eater takes is with no problem and I usually give him two other vitamin gummies after this one just so the fish flavor doesnt linger in his mouth. I will definitely order again! Read more

My 5 yo daughter likes them! She said they tasted like jello.. I think she meant the texture, lol. She liked the light flavor.She was unsure of the texture since she doesn’t eat jello very often. But I know why she attributed to jello; these chewies and jello both have gelatin in them. I tasted one of these and liked how it tasted too. I didn’t eat it since I’m vegan. Terrible product, all of the chews are melted to the pack and as vitamins are destroyed by heat then I doubt that these are worth taking. It's not a hot day so this didn't happen in transit. No way of contacting the seller either. Read more
