If you are buying this product thinking you re getting capsules with 200mg of CoQ10, you will be sadly disappointed. There are 100mg of CoQ10 and 100 Alpha Lipoic. My doctor told me to take 200mg of CoQ10 twice a day. So I have to take 4 of these babies to get the correct amount. I take a lot of supplements and doubling the number of pills to get the same amount is not high on my list of favorite things, Read more
