I have been taking these vitamins for about 3 years, and they make a HUGE difference. I have been through monthly periods where I didn't take them, and my hair would fall out in clumps. As soon as I started taking them again, my hair stopped falling out in a few weeks. I personally love the flavor, so much I never forget to take them. They are like sugared fruit snacks with a vitamin smell. I know people have complained about the containers, but I just wash the container out and use it for storage. If you are a vegetarian like me, you will really appreciate these as it gives you a nice dose of those B12 and biotin vitamins that are necessary for your hair. I started taking the Olly Multivitamin 3 months ago and I have felt so much better since taking them. The flavor is fine, not a bad taste at all. The energy that I have had since taking them is phenomenal. I used to have to take a nap daily, and if I couldn’t I felt terrible. I was so worried when I opened these. The smell is terrible; however, they taste nothing like how they smell. This is probably the best tasting vitamin gummy I’ve ever had. I feel great when I take them. I’m 2 months PP and switched from a prenatal to these. I wanted to write this review as I did see some reviews about the vitamins being melted. Mine was deliver on a very hot day and sat in a hot porch all day and when I opened they were perfectly fine and had been in a insulated bag with ice pack (which I put into the freezer & kept lol). These gummy vitamins taste AMAZING and they are not too chewy at all! At first, I wasn't sure about the vitamins because they had such a strong smell to them but it is a different experience when you eat them. They taste fruity but I can't put my finger on what fruit I am tasting exactly. They just taste really good and the texture of them is soft too!
