I started taking this as directed about 5 weeks ago, a tsp a day, first thing in the morning in water along with lugols iodine, lemon, colloidal minerals and nature's sunshine chlorophyll liquid. I didn't notice anything for like the first 4 weeks but kept taking it. Last week (week 5) I realized that my hair, which is long, is falling out much much less in the shower, and my teeth, which have been very sensitive for at least the last 10 years with 5 tooth extractions over the years, are virtually not sensitive at all anymore! This is MASSIVE. I suspect that the iodine I'm taking (right now about 40mg/day) is also helping, but there's no question this product works. First I have to write that I'm above 70 years old. Obviously the product will need time to make positive changes in my muscle/skeletal structure considering that I already have arthritis. I am willing, however, to be patient and observe what happens. I started taking it in January of 2019; just five months ago. People I trust are taking it and have commented on some positive and dramatic changes to painful joints so I am determined to give it at least a full year trial. These friends taking the silica liquid are all younger than I am and I'm attributing their good results to the age difference between us. Arrived with broken lid, not sure if it was sealed enough when being shipped.
