I used one for the first time overnight last night and was nervous this morning bc I slept all through the night. (Heavy flower over here.) To my pleasant surprise, these pads are VERY absorbent...even these thin ones! Not one leak, and I checked everywhere, lol.I purchased this because normal pads irritate me, so I was hopeful these cotton pads would not. These are unscented, soft, and thin. No bunching, no falling apart, and the material absorbs so much better than a normal pad that's 3x thicker than this.Sometimes I get an odor from wearing pads (sorry about the TMI), and after wearing only one overnight- there was no odor. I would not be surprised if these eliminated yeast infections as well. So glad I switched.My first time trying, and will be buying again. I've been on the hunt for the best organic pads. This is not it.1) quality control: the glue on the pads are not consistently placed so many of them are stuck to themselves inside the box.2) the glue sticks to the pad great but not to clothing. I can't keep the wings on the cloth of my underwear. A few hours in and the wings are stuck to the pad itself and it's barely hanging on.3) lack of absorption makes this an evening only pad. I have a hypertonic pelvic floor and vaginismus, so I had to switch from using a menstrual cup or tampon to pads. At first, I was really upset about it because I hadn't worn pads in years because I thought they felt too much like diapers. But then, I found these pads! And while I usually wouldn't spend this money on pads for myself, they are well worth the price. They are soft, comfortable, absorbent, AND I appreciate the care for the environment that this company has. As long as these pads stay this good, they'll be the only ones I use. Read more

After my skin becoming so sensitive I’ve had to use organic cotton pads. For a full year I’ve been trying new brands every month. By far this has been my favorite & favorite price as well. The wings and other sticky tabs work very well. Also they are super thin yet , absorbent enough for overnight. I think I may have found my new favorite!!! Great , great product! I can't believe how much I love these pads. They work great, are comfortable to wear, and don't move around. Traditional synthetic products used to irritate me; no more with these Oi pads! I started looking for organic cotton pads a few years ago after learning about all the synthetic chemicals in popular brands. Oi pads are comfortable and have good coverage. They are quite slim and do not feel bulky or obtrusive. I do find they are slightly less absorbent than the pads I previously used, but they do the job just fine. They also have ultra absorbent pads for heavier days (if you can predict them). I am happy I made the switch to organic and am happy with this product. Read more

These are very comfortable. I hate pads but can't always use tampons. I forget I have these on and they have better absorbancy than any popular brand I've tried and you don't feel like you are wearing a wet diaper. I won't buy any other pad now. Read more
