Like other reviewers who are familiar with the size of typical fish oil supplements, I like that this is a smaller (than usual) capsule. It is still larger than some vitamins, but an improvement over most fish oil. My elementary school aged child can swallow these.I read that molecular distilling was a superior method of production, and I am happy with the ratio of Omega-3 in this product.Unlike most other reviewers, I find the vanilla scent of these overwhelming and disgusting. (My child likes it, so it isn't the batch at fault here.) I should add that I find the fake vanilla scent of candles, air fresheners, personal care products, etc., equally gross. For some reason, fake vanilla doesn't fool my olfactory sense, and it isn't appealing to me. I find the bad vanillin smell lingering on my hands after taking my pill, and it is hard to wash off thoroughly, perhaps because I've ingested the source.It is true that there are fewer burps with this product than with my previous fish oil capsules. Unfortunately (for me), any resulting burps bring back the putrid fake vanilla smell. I would prefer a fishy burp, and I HATE those!!!Clearly, my son's enjoyment of the product means this is very specific to ME and my system. I would caution anyone who finds fake vanilla scented products problematic to assume they might also be affected by these pills, which are otherwise fantastic supplements. Read more
After careful comparisons from individuals and independent labs websites, I wanted to go with this brands omegas. After asking the community about the size of these pills (terrible gag reflex) I was sold. One really can't comment on the effectiveness of something like omegas 3s I guess but I can say that they are easy to swallow, have a comforting vanilla flavor, and no fish burps. The fact that to date I haven't had any heart issues must mean something also. Only time will tell. I don't regret this purchase at all. Read more

Finally! An Omega -3 that can be called a mini. You can also see thru the bottle so you can decide for yourself if these are small enough before opening. Others brands are concealed and you are stuck with your purchase after you open the bottle and see they are too large to swallow. Read more
