This product arrived in the box, but the container is only 2/3 full and didn't have any seal! Also, similar story with the shampoo!! Arrived with the top unlocked without a poly bag. I used a sample of this from my stylist and liked the product, but now after I ordered it I think this is very sketchy!!! Read more
I have been using this product by using trail packs before o bought the bigger one over the time ; it is a good nourishing n hydrating hair mask but the only issue I had was that the product didn’t have a seal in the container which is supposed to be there! This really disappointed me as the product seemed to be used and consumed a worthwhile amount already before reaching me! Read more

I’ve used this for a few years now. I have thick, coarse, wavy, color treated (and dry) hair. I use this (the purple one) every time I shampoo and I do not need, or use a “conditioner.” I lightly towel dry, add this roots to ends, wait several minutes, and rinse. SILKY!! I’ve NEVER had silky hair before!! My hair had been VERY damaged - but my hairdresser is SO impressed w/the health of my hair SINCE adding this to my routine! Every tine I “try” something else, I go right back to this! And get THIS … my hair stays cleaner, longer!! That seems “weird,” but I think it’s b/c I do not need a lot of extra styling or holding products - b/c healthy hair is so much more manageable! Smells good, too! Read more
I tried a sample of this and talked myself into believing that it helped me comb out my hair. I tried it again last night and got rid of a few hundred strands that I could ill afford to lose. Just didn't make it softer at all. I have used L'oreal Preference Hair Color conditioner that comes in the box for at least 20-25 years. No joke. It is perfect. Smells wonderful. Always makes my wet hair comb out the first time I run it through with the comb and without losing extra hair. Alas that does not come in a large size. I will continue to use it, I guess, until I no longer have hair to comb. Read more
I usually wash my hair every other day with tea tree shampoo, and I use this product once per week. Prior to using it (when I was just using shampoo), my hair was dry and brittle. This product has made my hair much smoother and shinier. I have since tried other conditioners, but I keep coming back to this one. Read more
Love these products. My hair feels like silk after use. However, the pumps need improvement. When pushed, the pump dispenses a VERY small amount of product and you have to pump several times to get enough. This seems like a very small thing, but you will understand when you get this product and have to pump 15 times to get enough product to actually wash and condition your hair. Read more
I have coarse thick hair and my hair is usually dry even after using conditioner. My hair dresser recommended this brand to me when I had extensions and I always received compliments on how soft and lush my hair looked. I have started to use this again recently and love it. Worth the price and lasts quite a while. I use a small amount and keep it in my hair for 10 minutes before I rinse to make my hair extra soft. Read more
