I so wish these were cheaper, but they do provide IMMEDIATE relief for dry eyes more than any other product I tried. They have a soothing, cool, gel-like feel on my eyes. I am 28-years old and was diagnosed with severe dry eye disease due to very few oil glands left a month and a half ago. My eye doctor recommended these to me and I have bought A LOT of these since. They work great as a complement to my oil-based drops that I also use to add oil to my eyes. These are preservative-free, which my eye doctor recommended because I use drops so often (15-20 times/day). The average person could buy the normal ones (not "plus", which cost more). The single-use vials are sort of nice to pop in my pocket when I am not going to be near my desk, purse or otherwise near a stocked supply of eye drops. While they say "single-use," I can get two or two and a half uses out of each vial (assuming two drops per eye per use). My eye doctor told me not to use an open vial after about 15 hours of it being open because the lack of preservative means that bacteria or fungi could grow in it and then give me an eye infection. But you can, with a little effort, pop the top back on the vial and store it for use within 15 hours.Because I have such a severe eye disease, I cannot speak for the average person, but for me, these do not provide lasting relief. These provide immediate relief that is very soothing followed by moderate relief for about 30-60 minutes, at which time I need to use either these again or my oil-based drops. Read more

My Lasik surgeon recommended this brand to me and the price on Amazon was the best I have found. These are a tiny bit “oily” but man do they work great over night. They work like no other drop I’ve used in the 18 years since I had my Lasik surgery. I had mono vision done meaning one eye for far vision the other for close up. Unfortunately one has become incessantly dry and have tried everything with no relief. I can go 4-5 hours now without HAVING to put in drops. I’m sold! Deliver was very fast and packaged properly and appropriately. I WILL order from here again. Read more

I use this along with my prescription eye drops. Restasis has a thinner, watery texture. The 0asis is thicker and must have some added lubrication, because it feels like a light oily substance. The only way I found out was because I rubbed some on my fingertips. My routine is to use my Resistasis, wait a few minutes then apply the Oasis. I can feel the difference in my eye since using. Recently my eyes became blurry late in the day. This has helped. I would recommend this to anyone who suffers from dry eyes. It does the job. You are not aware of the oily additives when you use it. My regime was suggested by my eye doctor. Read more

I live in an area that has one of the highest incidents of dry eye syndrome in the country, according to my ophthalmologist. I have tried everything for my extreme dry eye, even to the point of having blood(8 vials) drawn to make a batch of autologous or bio-identical eye drops at a compounding pharmacy. Expensive, time-consuming, and not nearly as comfortable as Oasis Tears Plus. I highly recommend this product for anyone who has severe dry eye and is discouraged because nothing seems to help. They came on time, were well packaged, and look like the picture. I order four of five boxes at a time because I have (very) dry eyes. These are additive-free, something my opthalmologist insisted on. I screw the top off, use a drop in each eye (sometimes two) and lay it on the cupboard shelf until I need it again in a few hours. One container is enough for three or four applications for me. I order these several times a year. Read more

I have tried SO many eye drops for my dry eyes (from accutane treatment) and this one is by FAR the best. I do think it is worth the price because you don't have to use them as often as others. I get immediate relief after using these and would recommend to anyone. Sometimes your vision can get blurry right after you use them, so I wouldn't recommend using these while driving. Read more

Had very bad dry eye issues from low humidity in home during severe freeze last month. I remember my ophthalmologist giving me a couple of packets two years ago remembering how well it works. Checked Amazon and sure enough it was there.Regular lubricant was too thin.Gel was too thick.Oasis was in between the two and worked perfectly. Read more

These single use bottle are nice to keep in my purse and travel with. Super lubricating for my dry eyes. I’m not sure if the tip can be recapped, I don’t always use the entire contents for both eyes and feel a little wasteful throwing it out but it’s not that much. We’re recommended to use by my eye doctor prior to my lasik procedure and for after Read more
