NYX is my absolute favorite when it comes to brow products. I’ve tried so many brow products and they’re always either too creamy or too dry. The formula for this products is just perfect for both natural and dramatic looks. And the tips stay so precise throughout use. EDIT: I took off one star, because I started seeing this color in different lights and came to the conclusion that Ash Brown is still too warm for me. I would definitely not call it ash, but it's still a nice brown that would work for many who want just a little warmth. The application is nice and dry and stays on well. The brush is unnecessary, as it doesn't help with the application of this product in any way.Love this color (Ash Brown). My natural brows are pretty close to black, but black eyebrow pencils always look too harsh and dark. Most eyebrow pencils for brunettes are too warm. This is a nice, muted brown without much warmth at all, so it doesn't stand out. Very natural and easy to apply. Stays put as well. I accidentally bought the color "Taupe" once in this product. It was a great color too, but too light for me. I still used it up though. If you have light brown or dark blonde hair, try the taupe. Read more

I’ve tried sooo many brow liners and gels over the years but have never found the perfect one. That all changed when I purchased this! The pencil is so fine that it literally draws on like a pencil to where I can outline exactly how I would like my brows to be shaped and simply fill them in with powder after. I thought since I had all three of the blonde/red shades, I'd line them up in a comparison swatch pic in hopes maybe it'll help someone else see how much they vary. 😊"Blonde" is a really warm, light golden hue."Taupe" is a cool toned, light ash brown."Auburn" is a copper shade, (perfect for gingers).I purchased only the taupe shade from Amazon; the others I got from Ulta and Wal-Mart. The pencil from Amazon has much smaller text on it than the others, but they're all made in South Korea. I do find these pencils seem to turn into a dry consistency, if they sit unused for too long. (I get them going again by running the tip against the back of my hand lightly to warm up the product, and from there it's smooth sailing.)This is the one brow pencil I have in several shades to match my natural strawberry blond/red hair, as it changes through the seasons. It's not my only brow product, because lezbehonest I'm on that perfect brow quest. 🤣 I pretty much use the Micro Brow pencil on a daily basis tho because it's so easy to use. So, I must start out by saying I've tried a lot of brow products... From pomades to powders to tinted brow mascara. This one is the best for the price. I've had two and I've been pretty happy with the results they give me. Powders are too messy for me and wipe away too easily, pomades are too heavy and leave me looking looking like I've got cartoon brows. This pencil helps me to achieve a defined, fuller brow without making it look too unnatural. You can get hairlike strokes because the product is in a small stick and it is super easy to control. In my experience I have minimal clean up and the same result every time I use it. The color taupe is the best for my natural hair color and I honestly love how easy application is. The product was not overly dry or overly smeary. I will say though * be careful how much you roll out while applying. I have broken segments off by accidentally having too much rolled out and applying too much pressure. The amount they give you is pretty good given the price but you need quite a bit if you're filling in and shaping your entire brow like me. All in all a good product I recommend for the price point. I love this brow pencil! I have jet black hair and a yellow undertone, and this color matches great although I feel like it is a tad too light. So I do use this in combination with the loreal brow stylist definer (dark brunette) because I like to use the loreal pencil at the tail end of my brows since it is darker. This pencil is easy to use and is not as creamy as the loreal pencil, which I actually like because I feel like it helps me with precision. I also love the spoolie on the end and find that when I use it, it does not smudge the brow or make it look muddy. For someone, like me, who has absolutely no brow hair, this is easy to use and helps me woth creating "natural" looking brows! Read more

This is really nice! I have the ash brown. My hair is auburn and it goes nicely together. I was afraid the pencil may be too harsh because I normally use a powder but it wasn't! The pencil gave me control and made the application more precise and the brow very defined but still natural. It has a creamy texture that I think helps with the natural look as well. Read more

J’utilise le crayon Nyx depuis des années, il est de très bonne qualité et incroyablement facile d’utilisation, tout est parfait autant dans la texture que la couleur etc. Je suis donc une habituée de ce produit, que j’ai toujours acheté en boutique Nyx. Cependant, après avoir reçu et testé celui d’Amazon, je peux vous certifier qu’il s’agit d’une CONTREFAÇON. De l’emballage du produit jusqu’à sa formule, la différence est flagrante à la prise en main et à l’utilisation (j’ai pu comparer directement avec ceux que j’avais déjà). La mine de celui d’Amazon est cassante, marque beaucoup moins bien, la teinte est légèrement plus marronnée, le goupillon plus dur, les écritures sur l’emballage ne sont pas dans le même sens etc. Il reste utilisable et de meilleure qualité que beaucoup d’autres crayons, mais ce n’est absolument PAS un ORIGINAL. I literally swear by this eyebrow pencil now. I have dark brown hair and brown eyebrows (what's left of them) which are very thin thanks to over plucking in the 90s. I use the ash brown shade and it is a perfect mid brown that avoids that "warm" effect that makes eyebrow pencil clearly fake. It is very thin so you can add small strokes to give amore natural effect and on the other end it has a spoolie so you can brush through the product with ease. If you want the tattoo brow effect you can still use this just press a little firmer. If using the small strokes you will find this lasts a while, mine usually lasts around 2-3 months and I use it every day. Gels can be used over the top as well, I use the NYX one or benefit gimme brow and there's not clumping of the products together. I can compare this confidently to precisely my brow by Benefit but is a fraction of the price. Read more

I had never bothered much with my eyebrows for years. However, having seen several pictures with my eyebrows looking quite sparse and asymmetrical, I decided to finally give an eyebrow pencil a try. Having seen several reviews for this one, I decided to give it a go. Within a couple of weeks it has become a staple in my makeup bag- so easy to use for beginners and a great price.For anyone like me who was debating about colours, I have very very dark brown (almost black) eyebrows and I use the shade Ash Brown- if you're a beginner with dark brows like me and want a more natural look (filling in the sparser brow areas rather than shaping it) I'd recommend this shade. I'm also very fair skinned so a lighter shade is also better for me to avoid the brows looking too harsh. Read more

Étant plus jeune, je me suis trop épilé les sourcils, maintenant je les laisses repousser mais c'est très long et du coup j'ai des "trous" que je dois dissimuler...J'ai ENFIN trouvé LE stylo à sourcils !! Et je peux vous garantir que j'en ai essayé, de toutes sortes et de toutes gammes !Des feutres à pointes fines, grosses, mines simples, multiples, des crayons, de la gelly tattoo, du mascara sourcils etc etc les prix allant de 1€ de chez liddle, à 35-40€ de Yves Saint-Laurent... Tous nul !! Les couleurs ne sont jamais les bonnes ou pas assez de choix, l'application est affreuse, la quantité de produit est ridicule, la composition n'en parlons pas et la tenue je me marre... bref j'en passe et des meilleures....Pour une fois avec se stylos, tout est parfait!!L'application est SUPER facile, la matière est ni trop grasse ni trop sèche, la quantité est généreuse, la précision est nickel, la couleur est parfaite (pour une fois !!!), la tenue n'est pas exceptionnelle (4-5h max car je me touche bcp le visage !) mais avec un fixateur de maquillage c'est réglé, et en prime la petite brosse pour perfectionner le tout! Bref que dire de plus... Je l'adore!!! J'avais vraiment perdu espoir de trouver un jour un produit qui me convienne, puis je suis tombé sur ce petit stylo qui ne paye pas de mine (mine de stylo mouhaha) ... Au début j'étais septique et comme à chaque fois je me suis dit "bon allez on essaye, c'est pas cher..." sans grande conviction, mais au final WOW !!!!Je ne commanderais plus que celui-ci et je vous garantis que si ils arrêtent la production je leur colle un procès mdr 😂J'ai mis des photos avant après pour montrer l'effet de" rebouchage".
