I love this product!!! I bought my first bottle of NutriFlair D-Mannose 1200mg, 120 Capsules - with Cranberry and Dandelion Extract, on Amazon for the first time in May 2020. I have had chronic UTIs since 2015. I tried everything to try to minimize the frequency and severity of the problem.I went to a urogynecologist whom my doctor had referred me back in 2015. At that time, the urogynecologist put me on a daily pill to make the environment of the bladder unfriendly to the E. coli bacteria that was causing my UTIs. I had not gone back to the urogynecologist since my first visit, as it was over an hour away from my home, and I figured that my family doctor could prescribe me the medication himself. Well, when it came time to renew the prescription, he did not want to prescribe it since he was not familiar with it. He assumed that it probably causes the bladder to be more acidic, which in turn causes a hostile environment to the E. coli bacteria. But he never followed through with researching the medication.In May 2020, I went to the doctor about an aggressive bout of thrush that I had gotten because of the last round of antibiotics I had taken for the UTI. It is very common for me to get yeast infections or thrush after a round of antibiotics. Still, the thrush I had in May got so bad that I could not swallow without my throat feeling like I was eating razor blades. I thought that it was probably strep throat because it felt just like the one occasion in the past that I had had strep throat.I have had UTIs once a month or more, so I have been taking antibiotics, which was exacerbating my thrush. I updated my search parameters to include the D-Mannose along with the cranberry extract. I was looking for the highest concentrations of both supplements so that I could deliver my UTI a knock-out punch. I was going to buy a bottle or two of each. But I found this NutriFlair D-Mannose 1200mg, 120 Capsules - with Cranberry and Dandelion Extract. The concentration of the Cranberry extract and D-Mannose was perfect for me, plus this contains dandelion extract also, which I found out has natural diuretic properties, which helps the system to flush out the bacteria.I do not get the typical symptoms of a UTI like burning while urinating, fever, etc. My first and only symptom of a UTI is excruciating lower back pain from a kidney infection which has developed because I have not caught it in time. I was able to get rid of the UTI by taking four capsules morning and evening for the first day, then one capsule twice per day as a supplement to prevent or at least significantly reduce the frequency of recurrence. I have been taking colloidal silver at the first sign of back pain. It does work well without the side effects of the antibiotics. I have somewhat frequent UTI's and taking these really helps with the pain that comes along with a UTI. I also love that they are cranberry. It makes me super excited that I now have a supplement I can take for my UTI's instead of taking a bunch of antibiotics. Even if you don't get UTI's frequently, I definitely recommend getting these to help prevent against them, because they definitely help tremendously! Read more

I actually use this for my dog. She's an Akita Shephard Mix, almost 13 years old. She has had UTI's and my vet recommended D-Mannose. I tried another brand and it was ok, but I compared the Supplement Facts and yours was much better. It also seems to dissolve better - we have to crush all of her meds (she also has kidney disease and is incontinent), so she is on many meds. We take her to a Chinese doctor and get her herbs in powder form or crush the ones that don't come in powder form. We mix them with bone broth and shoot them in her mouth with an oral syringe. She is extremely difficult to pill. So, we just add this to the cup of herbs and she seems to do fine with it. She hasn't had any UTI's since we started it. Oh yeah, she is blind too (she had only been blind in one eye for the last 6 years, but a few months ago, lost the 2nd eye to a glaucoma attack as well), so now it's both eyes but she still seems pretty happy.The free bottle will be very helpful, as with all of her meds and her appointments, she is an extremely expensive pup.Thanks so much!Kim Read more

I have frequent UTIs and have been looking for a product to maintain my urinary tract health rather than frequent appointments at th doctors amd antibiotics. My dad is a health nut who swears by vitamins and all natural remedies. A few years back I remember I was desperate and I tried this product under a different name. All Review perks aside this amazing product. Coming from someone who has frequent infections and discomfort..... With in a week of taking daily I feel much better and even better. I feel like a healthy woman I'm definitely happy without all of the frequent discomfort.
