🤠I noticed it for a while I’ve been waking up feeling sleepy and going through my whole day feeling sleepy. 💤 I guess brain fog would be a way of describing it. When I tried DMAE Just by itself it’s seem to work great the fog disappeared within six hours. And I wasn’t even taking anything else to help my memory that quick. 🏃There that are combination mixes of serval things to help your memory. Well they can get her expensive. I got this to do my own diy cream, and I got to say it works pretty good I have seen a difference on my face it has tightened the skin around my eyes my cheeks don't look saggy and a nice difference on my forehead also. I have tried one scoop once a day and also twice a day for 10 days and it never gave anything other than a headache.
