I’ve taken a supplement for a couple of years now. I’ve always take a gel cap magnesium. Tried this one due to the good reviews and price. I have just taken it for 5 days now. Sleep is great, no leg or foot cramping. Only problem for me has been indigestion. I only take one per day, I will give it more time to see if my system will adjust. Symptom wise i would give it a 5 star. Hoping with a little more time that indigestion will not be an issue.Update: I have been taking at least one hour before bedtime. I drink a full glass of water. I still only take 1 a day. I have been getting a great nights sleep. I wake up alert with energy. I would recommend. 5 stars. Read more

I bought these because my midwife recommended magnesium glycinate for restless legs in pregnancy. I was taking magnesium oxide and having bad diarrhea, and my midwife said the glycinate version shouldn’t do that to me. Well, I have to take four of these a day to fix my pregnant restless legs, and I do still have diarrhea, just not as miserably as with the other type of magnesium. It’s worth it because now I can actually sleep at night.As far as quality, this product obviously works, since I don’t have restless legs anymore! The capsules are easy to swallow and tasteless.
