If you have celiac disease, be careful of other brands as they're not labeled GF. This one is, which is why I bought it. These work better for me than plain Lactaid products. The only shame is that they're not chewable like lactaid, which means you need to have a source of water/drink on you to swallow them (not so great on the go).
