The "tingling" sensation doesn't mean it's working.First thing, the tingling is just a side effect of taking a large dose of Beta Alanine. The tingling itself doesn't carry any active benefits. For myself, taking 1 capsule at a time does not produce the tingling sensation, which I am happy for.Next, you need a proper loading and maintenance regimen to use this supplement. For the first 30 days, you will want to consume 4-6 capsules a day to help fully saturate your muscles in the amino acid. After the first 30 days, 2 capsules per day is enough to maintain the saturation levels. Every day, not just when working out.It is only when you are near the end of the loading period that you will actually start seeing real benefits of supplementation.
