WARNING WARNING. I cannot give a bad review to this product just because I had an adverse reaction. I just want to warn people taking this herb or supplement. I just realized after spending hundreds of dollars in medical bills after endoscopy and colonoscopy and many trips to the gastroenterologist, today I decided to take a capsule of ashwagandha again after stopping two months ago to verify my suspicion. Now I'm sure I get real bad side effects. First a stomach ache, then nausea, then vomiting followed by abdominal pain, then diarrhea. Now I know that I cannot take this supplement.Be aware and be careful with ashwagandha! Peace. Read more
I have pretty bad anxiety, and sometimes it’s worse than others. For a little while I kept getting a serious shortness of breath and increased heart rate. It was so bad sometimes I would wake up in the middle of the night from it. I tried chamomile, lavender, CBD oil, and nothing else seemed to work? I’m really not big on taking prescription anxiety meds so I started taking this. I take one capsule every morning for the last two months or more and I have not had an anxiety attack since. On days I feel my anxiety is worse than others, I’ll take one capsule in the morning and one capsule at night. Read more
