I use this both for my sciatica and for play time with the girlfriend. And yes it works well for both. For my lower back I rub about a dime size in where my nerve is punched and within 10 or so minutes I have noticeable relief. Last for about 2 hours for me which is 4x as long as icyhot. For personal time with my girlfriend I rub it on myself (or she does) during foreplay and within 10 or so minutes my sensitivity is dramatically improved as well as sustainability. She also experiences some of the effects. I don't personally have problems down there but I can imagine it really aiding someone who does. For me its an intensifier and works quite well. Read more

I suggest that the consumer keeps the bottle,lid down. The cream is a bit thick, and can be hard to squeeze out, but this slight inconvenience is worth it. This product leaves a nice coat on the skin which lasts for several days. Unlike other brands Ive tried, Nutrsal does not sting the skin. Read more
