These are like the Carnation Instant Breakfast packets that you mix with a glass of fresh skim milk - in fact, when I last checked, the nutritional profile was nearly the same. The bonus is that you can keep these in your pantry! They taste MUCH better when served on ice. I send these to my son's college dorm, since he sometimes forgets to eat.
