More energy. Love the added coconut for electrolytes and hydration. Added bonus for the focus. I drink this, workout then study and feel motivated and on fire. Easier gains for clean bulking as I’m not much of a meat eater and typically struggle getting enough protein in for muscle growth without adding on too much fat weight. I ordered the Cherry Limeade and think it tastes great, mind you for a supplement anyway. Sure it’s a little sweet for my normal taste but it’s certainly not anything I have to force down. Wow, this stuff really exceeded my expectations. First, the flavor (dragon fruit) is excellent. Second, it mixes well when I put it into a container and shake it--there is no remaining residue. Third, I really like the brain boost formula they put in here, as I definitely feel more "aware," but not jittery. But that's just icing on the cake, as I bought this for the EAAs. I really enjoyed this product.The dragon fruit is more like jack fruitit has a rich tropical aroma to it, 80% of the flavor comes from smell and this one sure smells amazingIt's a little sweet and a little sour so it has depth to itin terms of benefits, it has more than just BCAA, there are some other benefits on top of the amino acids, so that is different for each person. I personally like the mix they have. but if you are looking for just BCAA or EAA then this one might have a bit much going on for you. Read more

This stuff tastes, quite frankly, really good despite being basically sugar free. I hate the taste of artificial sweetners, and really, you can't taste it. It has a slight bitter aftertaste to it, but the tartness and sweetness of the flavorings does a pretty good job of masking it. I made it to recommendations (1 scoop per 8 ounces) and honestly I'll probably make it a little more dilute, but so far it's good stuff. Was looking for a less wasteful replacement for gatorade, as I tend to sweat a lot and end up washing out all my electrolytes from drinking too much plain water. I will buy it again, might try the dragonfruit candy one, but I went with most of the reviews as I like tart stuff and initially bought the lemonade one. Good choice. Unfortunately not enough of a fitness guru yet to know if it helps with DOMS or not, but at the least it tastes good and seems to help with my post-workout fatigue. Read more

Good ingredients except where they load up on the artificial sweeteners. I have to cut this supplement with another EAA powder (one with zero sweeteners) 50/50 and its still hard to swallow without getting a headache from being too sweet. Why do supplement makers feel they need to appeal the furthest end of the sweetener spectrum?? Due to the nootropics and adaptogens, I would like to drink this full strength, but that is virtually impossible with how sweet they've made it. Just got this today and couldn’t wait to taste. It does not disappoint! It’s a little pricier than others you’ll find on here, but being my first purchase of EAAs, I really can’t compare its efficacy, plus I JUST drank it, like 2 mins ago. We have a well varied diet that rounds out all the nutrition we need after lifting so this is not something we’ll use daily. But on those heavy lifting days or days we need an extra boost we will definitely be enjoying this product. Read more

I really do like these EAAs, I've been taking it as an intra-workout with HMB added, and have been comparing with MyProtein's EAA blend.These give me slightly better pump, and taste AMAZING.The trick is to mix this with 16-20oz of water and sip on it, otherwise it's too sweet. It's a great flavor to stack on, though.Very happy with the ingredients, especially the amino acid profile and addition of astragin.I'm probably going to be having this EAA exclusively, as it knocks my tub of MyProtein EAA out of the water.
