I got this Nui Nutra Potassium Citrate Supplement | 99mg | 400 Capsules | Electrolyte and Essential Mineral | Support for Bones, Heart, Immune System, and Muscle Contraction in recently and work good.So I’ve been having trouble with my legs cramping lately so I figured if I could get some extra potassium that might help some. This is a good supplement you get 400 capsules and each one has 99 mg per capsules. They say your supposed to get 3,500-4,700 mg of potassium a day so I’ve been taking a capsules with each meal to help out getting my intake of potassium up. If I have worked outside a lot and sweated a bunch I’ll even taken more and it seems to help. I haven’t cramped as much sense I started taking these. I have discovered that we need 4700 mg of potassium a day and so many of us are not getting enough in our diet. I understand that lack of potassium can cause high blood pressure and other heart issues so I am trying to find a good alternative. I use coconut water to get my daily allowance but it is expensive so I thought I could take several of these tablets. Guess what?? I do not like taking so many pills.
