I bought these for my aging dog and I'm putting potty mats underneath the sheet, too. I have many dog beds due to havinf more than one dog and I chose grey to hide any stains or fur left on them. Then I take them off and wash with hot water and high heat. They will fit more loosely on a smaller to medium size dog bed but the larger size dog bed the sheet fits tighter. NOT AS ADVERTISED: NOT Micro-fiber.... just a regular, low-end weave cotton/ poly fitted sheet! FALSE advertising.Since I have used MANY velour and micro-fiber crib sheets, I only used those rather than standard fitted sheets such as these.I use crib sheets as dog bed sheets as there are no more human-babies :) in my house. I would not recommend this fitted sheet for my fur-babies much less would I EVER consider these for a human baby. Way too rough a texture for a human baby's skin. Apparently, too rough for my Great Pyrenees' as well since she won't lay on the beds with these and seeks out a different bed with the real micro-fiber or velour style sheets.Since I haven't had them long enough to know the durability rating (hear multiple washes) so I gave it a 3-star just based on the quality of corner seems. Not great but not terrible either. I do not consider this fitted sheet a value for the money since it is way too rough.Would never have considered it if it had been advertised accurately as a traditional cotton-poly fitted crib sheet. I bought this for my oversized ottoman. My pup lays on the ottoman, now i just change the crib sheet instead of daily vacuuming and monthly washing with carpet cleaner machine. My confession is that any sheet I buy will have to stand up to dog paws, not toddler feet. I bought this sheet to replace the bottom sheet that came with the toddler camp cot that I bought as a training aid for my Border Collie. That sheet's seams soon started to come apart at the corners--probably the result of my dog charging to the cot and jumping on it with all her enthusiasm. Anyway, I really like this sheet. It washes easily. The seams appear to be better sewn. For those of you using actual mattresses, it looks deep enough to accommodate a good mattress. I ordered this two pack of sheets thinking they were supposed to be polertec...I ordered them in September/October with the hope of having warm sheets for baby's crib into the colder months...that was my mistake in misreading 'microfiber' and interpreting it as "micro fleece." That being said, the sheets are a nice beech-y type fabric and before it got fully chilly in Fall, these sheets were good options to keep baby cool, and will likely do the same in the coming Summer.Only critical mention is that, I have a very drool-y kiddo overnight, so I do have to take an extra step to make sure that the saliva stain doesn't stick around after we wash these. These are great. They’re super soft, wash easy (I wash in hot water and hang to dry), they don’t shrink, the black doesn’t fade in hot water, and baby is comfy. I was getting really sick of washing sheets and hanging them to dry and them still shrinking and having to fight them onto the crib mattress. I’m not going to wash my baby’s bedding in cold water sorry. Spit up doesn’t come out in cold water. Read more
