I have been using NOW brand fish oil for a good while now to help supplement my diet with Omega 3's. Before the Ultra Omega was released, I used to have to take around 6 to 7 caps a day to reach the 2.0 gram minimum (EPA + DHA) that I was looking for. Now that these potent caps have been released, I can reach that number with only 3 caps per day.I have never experienced any fishy burps with this product like I have with other fish oil brands. It is definitely quality made, and has VERY low mercury content because of the usage of small fish (mackeral, anchovies, sardines) instead of larger fish. Was very nervous to try fish oil, having heard of the "fishy burps," as I am very sensitive to fish smells and tastes. But I needn't have worried!! I've been having Omega 3 capsules for quite sometime now. Now foods is the best brand I've encountered so far. Now foods each and evry products can be purchased without hesitation. The ranking of Now foods is no top 3 on labdoor, which is an independent 3rd party lab to check the quality of the products. The gelatin is soft and can be easily gulped down. A good genuine product. Even though little bit expensive, this product shows some positive results to some extent. But the negative aspects of the product is the rate keeps on increasing,.
